Founder / Creative Director
Dustin Toothman, PLA
Dustin is a multidisciplinary designer and creative strategist passionate about helping mission-driven organizations and community-minded businesses tell their stories and grow their impact. His experience spans branding, website design, digital marketing, graphic design, community planning, visualization, public engagement, and strategic communications, allowing him to approach every project with both creativity and purpose.
He holds master's degrees in Landscape Architecture and Architecture from the University of Tennessee as well as a master’s in Digital Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. Dustin believes that strong organizations build strong communities.
Outside of the studio, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring West Virginia's parks and trails, and creating digital content.
Favorite Part of the Job: Helping good organizations reach more people and create lasting impact in the communities they serve.
Marketing Specialist
Chelsea Ice-Toothman
Chelsea is passionate about helping organizations connect with their audiences through thoughtful communication, engaging content, and authentic storytelling. She supports marketing initiatives, social media management, content creation, website updates, and client communications, helping ensure every project reflects the client's mission and goals.
She believes the strongest brands are built through meaningful relationships, genuine connection, and a commitment to serving the communities they impact.
Outside of the studio, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local communities, and finding creative inspiration in everyday life.
